At Unmuut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for our subscription plans and credit packs.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion, calculated based on the number of unused full months remaining in your subscription period.
Credit pack purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits have been used. Once credits from a pack have been consumed (even partially), that pack is no longer eligible for a refund.
The free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. Free credits provided upon signup are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Violation of our Terms of Service. Account suspension or termination due to abuse, spam, or fraudulent activity. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as output quality depends on input and configuration). Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@unmuut.xyz with the following information:
Your registered email address. The date of purchase. The plan or credit pack purchased. The reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle (unless within the 14-day refund window).
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
