By accessing or using Unmuut ("the Platform") at unmuut.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Unmuut is a LinkedIn content management platform that provides AI-powered content creation, scheduling, publishing, engagement tracking, and analytics tools. The Platform helps professionals and businesses optimize their LinkedIn presence through automated and assisted content workflows.
To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
The Platform integrates with LinkedIn through LinkedIn's official API. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize us to access your profile and publish content on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time.
You are solely responsible for the content published through the Platform to your LinkedIn profile. You agree to comply with LinkedIn's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using our Platform to publish content.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans provide additional credits and features as described on our pricing page.
Payments are processed through our payment providers (OPay, Paddle). All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content. Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Infringe on intellectual property rights. Harass, abuse, or harm others. Distribute malware or engage in phishing. Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Platform. Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. Use automated tools to access the Platform beyond its intended interface.
Content you create using the Platform belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
The Platform itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any content published to LinkedIn through the Platform, any actions taken by LinkedIn regarding your account, any loss of data due to technical issues, or any third-party services integrated with the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
